Parking will be available at Lake Solano County Park.

Transition Area
Transition Area opens at 8:00 AM and will take place in a marked grassy area in the picnic area of Lake Solano County Park. Transition Area will CLOSE at 8:45 AM. Please keep the center path clear and watch out for racers entering and exiting the area. 

Distances
600 meter Swim, 5 kilometer run.

The aquathon race kicks off with a swim in beautiful Lake Solano at Lake Solano County Park in Winters, California. The run course will take you on a scenic tour of the park and will be mostly trails and some asphalt. Take a look at the Swim Course below (wetsuits are highly recommended):

The water temperatuure is 62-65 degrees year around so wetsuits are highly recommended. 

Wetsuitrental.com is offering a special deal for college kids for $35 rental instead of $45.

Outdoor Adventures at UC Davis also rents wetsuits to students and the public. 

The Run Course (2 loops):

 The run course is runs mainly on 70% dirt trails and 30% pavement.

Packet Pickup

Packet pickup will be held from 12:00 – 6:00PM on Saturday October 27th at Ken's Bike and Ski in Downtown Davis, 650 G. Street, Davis, CA 95616.  Late packet pickup will be available race day, October 28th, 7:15AM – 8:30AM. You must be present to pickup your own packet.

Please Bring:

• Valid Photo ID (*High School or University ID if registered as a student)
• $12 to purchase a 1-day USAT Membership or
• Proof of USAT Membership

Rules

The UC Davis Aquathlonn abides by USAT regulations.

• No headphones or any personal audio devices.
• Participants must stay within marked cone lanes and marked paths.
• There will be NO TIME deductions for circumstantial events as per USAT guidelines, all course route distubances will be eliminated to the best of our ability.
